Senagro USA Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Senagro USA! We aim to process and ship your order quickly so you can enjoy your products as soon as possible.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If a delay will extend beyond 3 additional business days, we’ll contact you by email or phone with an update and the option to cancel for a full refund.

We currently ship to street addresses in the United States and U.S. Territories.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- Estimated delivery times will also appear at checkout. These are estimates only—actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
- Tracking information is typically active within 24 hours.
- If your tracking hasn’t updated within 3 business days, please contact us at info@senagrousa.com.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.
- Senagro USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. In these cases, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
- Special Handling for Perishable & Fragile Items
  
  Perishable items (such as herbal bitters, fresh juices, or other consumables) and fragile products are packed with care. To maintain quality, please track your shipment and bring it indoors promptly upon delivery.
